Module finance

The module provides financial management tools, accounting, tax records. The module operates internally in the double-entry accounting mode.

The module is an optional part of the system. If installed, it extends the possibilities especially for the module of property and project management

Financial management

Support for recording all costs and revenues to centres (areas), contracts and projects. The system allows you to monitor for each order and activity how much the input costs cost you, how much you invoiced. When connected with HR, it allows you to include personnel costs in the order and so closely monitor which services are profitable and where hidden costs cause services to be realistically loss-making.

Accounting

All payment documents can be recorded in the system in the double-entry accounting. The system accepts the optional accounting curriculum.

If you have an external accounting company, for example, you can use the system for internal document management and transmit digitally accounting documents and documents to an external accountant.

Invoicing management

The system fully supports invoices issued and received.

• Support of partial payments, retention and invoices for multiple orders

• Generation of invoices for deliveries
• Pairing of invoices for projects
• Control of which activities are invoiced

Tax records

The full immplemetation of double-entry charts of account and all accounting standards. It allows the recording of financial flows, assets and depreciations as well as all required daily and yearly operations.

Currently, the system meets the requirements of the Czech accounting standards.
