Contacts and directories module (CRM)

This module is used to record and actively manage contacts to people and companies. At the same time it serves as a unified contact module for other modules of the AyMINE system.

Basic objectives of the module

Contacts

• Recording of contacts to different types of persons – legal and natural
• Records of detailed contact data
• Active management – creating tasks e.g. business (CRM), recording history

Contacts are designed from the ground up to be GDPR compliant. Their records and services are tailored accordingly.

Address books

Directories are used to structure and protect contact information. They make it possible to control who has access to which contacts
