Creating and managing the Dashboard
The Dashboard can only be created and edited by your administrators, who set up the authorized persons and other data at the Dashboard. Other users can see which Dashboards they can contribute to, but they cannot edit their definition.
Dashboard language
The Dashboard is always kept in one language. You can fill in the language of the Dashboard.
If the language of the Dashboard is different from the one in which you write its name and description, be sure to create a translation of the description of the Dashboard. Otherwise, the name and description will appear on the Dashboard, untranslated.
Inserting posts on the Page
You can insert different kinds of information on the pages - e.g. data about contracts concluded, news, etc.
How the Dashboard works
You must set the role (group of users) to publish on the Dashboard. No one else has the option to publish. If you want to allow selected people from different groups to publish, you need to create a separate group of these users in the AyMINE administration and assign them the right to publish posts.
At the moment a post is published, it is available on the Dashboard until it is finished. You can set the end directly when you insert it on the Dashboard.
If posts need to be checked or approved, you can set the post to be published only after approval by the person responsible for the Dashboard or their representative. It will not appear on the Dashboard until it is approved. (You can set the right to approve posts to one or two people, no larger number is possible.)
The order of posts on the Dashboard
The standard order of posts on the bulletin board is in descending order of publication date. This is the usual order where the most recent posts are the first and the oldest the last.
You can sort posts manually. Use Drag & Drop in the list of published posts to sort them. If you use sorting, you may also need to sort each new post.
Post translations on the bulletin board
The system always tries to put posts in the bulletin board language on the bulletin board. If this is not the primary language of the post, you need to translate the post in advance. If the post has the language set and automatic translation into the bulletin board language is possible, the system will try to translate the post automatically.

How to give the bulletin board a better URL?
The URL The address of the bulletin board is composed of the system client code and the name next to the bulletin board. The URL address is always the same, so you can also provide a link to the bulletin board and insert a link to other pages.
The page may also have a simpler address, e.g. <VaseFirma>/news. The system administrator can provide you with the settings.
How to change the page address?
You can change the address by changing the URL code in the bulletin board configuration. The page at the original address will no longer be found. Links that have been posted to the page on other pages will be invalid.
Edit the appearance
The appearance of the bulletin board can be customized. Of course, if the bulletin board is part of your public website, it is advisable for it to be graphically and color-coordinated. The system administrator can easily prepare a graphic style for the bulletin board to customize the appearance of the bulletin board. Ask the system operator and contact the web administrator of your site. We will provide an overview of the styles (default scss definition) by which to easily customize the page.
