What types of synergies belong to RACI

AyMINE offers the usual types of synergies:

• Responsible – Has the responsibility to monitor the performance of the task and is responsible for ensuring that it is properly completed
• Execute – Effectively perform the task; if not specified, it is identical to Responsible
• Consult – Provides the know-how to the task
• Cooperate_ – Is involved in the performance of the task. Typically, the task is executed by a worker in the position of an executor after the start of the task, butmay pass the implementation on to others in the role of a collaborator, or collaborate in a team
• Decides – Decides within the task.
• Verifies – Checks whether the task is properly executed. Sample procedures include a checklist, and the verifying worker should check the task on the basis of the checklist before it is fully closed.
• Audits – Who is responsible for the audit that everything is in order. Unlike the verifying officer, the auditor checks the task only at a greater distance, typically when the stage is closed or as part of an internal audit. In projects according to ISO1000, ISO26262 standards, etc. there is usually a designated auditor for the project who carries out audits at the end of the stages. However, some areas are audited by e.g. the head of the quality department.

By hiding columns, we can create any type of responsibility matrix based on these responsibilities. Some types are predefined and can be displayed using the "Select Work Settings" button.

How We Use RACI Matrices in Methodologies in AyMINE

Above the list of template tasks in the methodology, there is a "RACI" button that displays the RACI matrix for these template tasks.

Responsibilities are assigned using buttons next to the tasks, which offer a selection of project roles or a list of qualifications.

When we create tasks in a project based on templates, we have the RACI matrix available in the project with these roles and qualifications.
