Personalistics module user permissions overview

The module defines the rights that separate the powers of the HR department and the team leader

Every worker (hrEverybody)

Every user of the system who uses HR services should have a worker right.

A worker sees his/her personal folder through which he/she can access a preview of his/her personal data (fulfilling GDPR obligations) and addresses his/her personnel agenda – e.g. a leave request.

Without the right of hrEverybody it is not possible to use any functions related to the HR module. Permissions are therefore required e.g. for the system administrator in order to integrate the HR module with AyMINE, configure it and automate the system administration of users with the administration of workers.

LineLeader (LineLeader)

LineLeader

  • Has the right to control the tasks of the people for whom he/she is the manager
  • Has the right to view clearly "his" workers directly on the main desk and simply communicate with them and check the status of their activities
  • Has a preview of selected contract data

Worker with the right to see all workers and organizational structure (hrStafferViewer)

Right for workers who are allowed to consult the HR system even if they are not personnel workers. They can see the organizational structure and all workers including their assignment to positions. However, they do not have a preview of employment contracts or personal data about workers.

The right is automatically granted to both personnel and personnel department heads. The assignment of this right, which is in the system group of the same name, gives an overview of the organization but does not violate the GDPR. It is primarily addressed to the managers.

Personnel department (HRPersonnel)

  • contract management, new contract to the worker is given by the personnel officer

Personnel department head (HRTeamLeader)

The manager has the power to determine which personnel officer is in charge of which employee. He is also a HR manager

Personnel with the right to consult all personnel files (HRFullReader)

The right to consult all personnel files even to someone who is not a HR manager.
Please note that this right is not in accordance with GDPR legislation and should not be correctly assigned to anyone.
