Options for submitting complaints

  • on the customer portal directly to the order - a helpdesk ticket is created in AyMINE
  • by email to the complaint email address - an email is downloaded to AyMINE from which a helpdesk ticket needs to be created
  • entering a helpdesk ticket directly

  • internal communication in AyMINE (with the option of email notification for those who only work with AyMINE sometimes)
  • communication via the portal (with automatic email notification)
