Data Vault – A vault for storing protected data with sharing and access control capabilities.

Archiving (Configuration) Package – Archive of a set of objects forming a complete data package describing the state of a project or other activity.
Discussion – A series of discussion posts (sorted into threads) on a specific topic.
Information – Used to store information.
SLA Contract – A contract defining the quality of service provided.
Business Area – Container for grouping related business data – folder for messages, folder for information of a specific agenda or department, etc.
Information Space – General information space for storing data.
Open Space – Physical space for tangible items, rooms, or other spaces (including spaces not owned by the company).
