Linking a message to a subject

You can create a message directly from the records you need to communicate with the other party about - an order, a quote, a problem, or a project request. The message always stays with the record, so you have a long-term overview of how the subject was communicated by you personally, or by someone else who took over the job.

The key advantage will be easy and fast tracing, it will not depend on the availability of people, and access to clients will be much more professional.

Automatic creation by templates

You can easily create a message with using template, which will automatically add data from related records - that is, an order, a product, a project, etc.

You can even integrate them with a chatbot on your website, or automatically send them during processing, so that the messages will leave completely by themselves.
