The system combines the advantages of a private mailbox with the ability to share messages and create them automatically.
The system supports various types of messages - emails, SMS messages, phone calls, but the vast majority will be emails or SMS.

The system supports a range of information and interesting message features.
Linking a message to a subject
You can create a message directly from the records you need to communicate with the other party about - an order, a quote, a problem, or a project request. The message always stays with the record, so you have a long-term overview of how the subject was communicated by you personally, or by someone else who took over the job.
The key advantage will be easy and fast tracing, it will not depend on the availability of people, and access to clients will be much more professional.
Automatic creation by templates
You can easily create a message with using template, which will automatically add data from related records - that is, an order, a product, a project, etc.
Automatic creation will save you a lot of time. Messages will then take less time. You can even integrate them with a chatbot on your website, or automatically send them during processing, so that the messages will leave completely by themselves. But even if you generate it for the user, you will certainly save 90% of the time writing an email.
Communicate easily from one place through several emails
In one place you can manage messages that come to different addresses, e.g. shop@… pavel.novak@…, info@… etc. Your private messages will only be seen by you, until you publish them to others. And you can assign the others to processing with one click.

Automatic allocation of messages
You can assign messages that come to a shared email, e.g. order@… to people for processing, according to the rules. This way, the messages can be automatically received by the trader who is in charge of the client.
Communicating directly from the record will ensure that you do not lose track of what has been arranged, even if the colleague is on holiday or has left work. And you do not have to invade the privacy of his email inbox.
All messages go through gateways where processing is set up.
Use email efficiently
With AyMINE you can follow sound principles:
- Use email exclusively for communication with the outside world. Never forward an email inside a company - you'll lose track of how it is processed.
- Link messages to the web, but don't send yourself emails from the web unnecessarily.
- For internal communication, use discussions, notifications or tasks.
