Contacts
Contacts allows you to store any number of contacts per entity (company, person). The system defines contact types, your organization can define its own contact types.
Contact type
The contact type is address, email, phone, website and social media addresses.
Contact types are fixed and cannot be changed.
Contact type
The usual contact types are business and private contact (address, email). However, these types often have no justification in the company database and therefore each organization can define its own types to use.
Within each contact type, one contact can be marked as primary. (E.g. primary email). This contact is used preferentially within the communication. E.g. if you have some features active that send people email automatically, it is always sent to the primary contact.
The primary contact is marked with the symbol in the contact overview.
