Sample tasks and methodologies of the area
Sample tasks and methodologies is a link to the methodology that is being implemented in this area. One area can also fulfil more than one methodology.
How it works
The methodologies define the sample tasks to be fulfilled. If the sample tasks are activated automatically (e.g. every month), specific tasks are created for each area where the methodology is fulfilled.
How to set it up
In order to attach a methodology, you must have created it beforehand. The methodologies are available in a separate menu on the workbench (you must have the rights to see the methodology).
If you have created methodologies, they will be offered for you to add.
Example: A company has a separate sales department for different market segments. You want a monthly report from each department.
- You create a methodology for the sales department
- You insert a sample task into the methodology with the reporting requirement
- You attach the methodology to each department's work area.
