Automatic rights management in AyMINE
A department can be linked to a system group in AyMINE. The system then automatically
- Grants any new employee in a department the permissions required to access department data
- Removes the permissions resulting from membership in the original department when a department changes, and grants the permissions corresponding to the new department
How to set up automatic control
Automatic control is set by the AyMINE system administrator. In system role management, the administrator can link the role to the department. The HR employee can see the link information, but cannot change it – it is not responsible for the system roles. However, it can see the name of the system role and thus has the possibility to revise whether it corresponds to the department.
Good to know
System condition
The employee who is the system administrator can only set up links to the department if he or she has the system privilege of the employee (system privilege hr@hrEverybody – see more system privileges of the HR module). The reason for this is the system security mechanisms.
