Secure business communication
Pass messages and documents safely with your business partners
Take advantage of secure communication that gives you confidence that messages between you and your partners are always in absolute safety. All you and your partners need to do is set up an account in AyMINE and you can communicate with confidence:
- No one has the ability to find out who you are communicating with from an email. All communications are protected by a two-factor approach
- You are confident that the message will arrive
- The message never travels in an unknown way and remains protected at all times
- All communications are encrypted
- You have reliable information that the message has been read
- You will significantly increase the likelihood that your partner will also have information stored securely and will not be able to reach them outside the secure area.
Secure business communication settings
Process communication address
AyMINE allows you to set up any number of guaranteed communication gateways. You can set up gateways according to business processes, e.g.
- helpdesk@yourcompany.com
- order@yourcompany.com
Project mailbox
You can set up a contact mailbox for a project run in AyMINE:
- projectNewProduct@yourcompany.com
The mailbox is available immediately after it is set up. Therefore, you do not have to ask for and pay for e.g. another email. In addition, all communication will be seen immediately in the project and the staff working on the project will have access to it.
(You can have the same access advantage when setting up the mailbox is directed to the email, but you lose the certainty of delivery and the security of the communication.)
Personal mailboxes
Or you can also use personal communication to individual staff:
george.smith@hisBusiness.com
In case of personal addressing, you can be sure:
- Only the addressee will receive the message, no one else will get it
- You have confirmation that the message has been read by the addressee
- If the other company staff leaves, you will know that the message could not be delivered to them. Therefore, you will know immediately that you have to ask for another contact.
Comply with security standards
Remember that secure communication is mandatory for increasingly important security standards, especially ISO 27000 or TISAX. If you comply with any of these standards, you should never send your business partner business information by regular email.
