Project team or workflow team
Project team is made up of project roles and nominated staff
The project manager always has a team overview available to him to:
- Human capacity planning
- Monitoring how busy people are in a project and whether they are keeping up with their work
- Assigning people to project roles.
The window is used for a detailed overview of the project team. It shows both current and past team members. A look at the past is important for project follow-up audit and adherence to project standards.

Project team
Of course, a project team is made up of people. But people are appointed to project specific project roles.
Each project role has a methodology that specifies what qualification a worker must have in order to be appointed to a project role. The system only offers to assign workers who are suitably qualified to the role. A worker without the necessary qualification cannot be assigned to the role.
Why the history of a project team is important
The history of a project team is important because of the project audit. It is important to be able to demonstrate that qualified people were on the project team at a time when the activities performed made it necessary.
