List of records

For all records (object) AyMINE offers list of records – an overview about all stored objects.

List of records are tables with many information in columns. At the top right corner you have button that allows adding columns that you needs for work.

You can also hide columns using the menu at the corned header line.

Your settings of visible and invisible columns is preserved on your computer. When you close the list and reopen it again in the same browser, you’ll get the same view.

The list displays a up to the 500 records on a computer and up to the 100 records on a mobile device. If more records should be displayed, you will see a warning that all records are not loaded at information line in the bottom of view. Adjust the conditions of what records you want to see to get the group you need to work. (See filtering.)

Tree-like records

Many records (objects) in AyMINE have tree-like structure. E.g. you can see super task that encapsulated several sub-tasks. The tree structure is always preserved in the list of records. Even when you set the sorting sub-items are in the lines after the super-item. You cannot change that behaviour.

Editable column

In some cases, table allows editing some fields. Those fields open editing filed when you click on them. It is no widely supported because it is easy to make error in that, but in some cases it is supported.

Responsiveness and column Overview

List of common records usually contains special column Overview for compact view specifically designed mobile view / small screens. However, compact view can be used on larger screens as well. The Overview column contains most of important information and – when visible – automatically hides al columns that contains information included in responsiveness view.

Overview column also hides columns that are used for some specific operations so the switching between compact view and extended view is simple. When you cannot find some column that you are used to see, check if you have multiline columns with operations, it probably hit the column you are looking for.
